SavingThePups  Subscription Program — Overview & Terms

SavingThePups Subscription Program (the “Subscription”) is run by SavingThePups (“SavingThePups,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to anyone (“you” or “member”) who enrolls in the Subscription at checkout. By joining, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which supplement our general Website Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. It is your responsibility to review updates periodically. Continuing Subscription after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Eligibility

Enrollment & Billing

By joining, you agree to:

A 14-day free trial period (if offered),

Followed by a recurring charge of $39.99 every 30 days,

All membership terms and conditions must be read and accepted before completing your purchase. These terms are also clearly displayed at checkout for your convenience.

Subscription Program Benefits

As a member, you will receive:

Up to 80% off select items inside the Subscription Portal,

Early notifications about new product drops,

Special discount codes and community rewards.

Benefits remain valid as long as your Subscription is active.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription anytime for any reason by the membership cancellation page. 

 

 

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during enrollment and update it as necessary to complete transactions and communicate with you.

We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be from resellers or violate our policies.

Privacy

Your personal information submitted through the Subscription is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service for unlawful or abusive purposes, including but not limited to: harassment, fraud, unauthorized access, or transmitting malicious content. Violation may result in termination of your Subscription.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Membership Program and all services/products are provided “as is” without warranties. SavingThePups and its affiliates are not liable for damages arising from your use of the program or products.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain valid. These Terms constitute the full agreement regarding the Subscription.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
