At SavingThePups, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend trying these steps first:
- Check around your front door, mailbox, side, and back entrances
- Ask household members and neighbors if they may have received it
- Wait 24–48 hours, since carriers occasionally mark packages as “delivered” before they actually arrive
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number
If your package still cannot be located after that, please email Contact@help-savingthepups.com with your order number. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package cannot be located, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
